Based on your experience and qualifications, you can either join the firm as a generalist, working on complex issues in different industries, or start as an industry expert, applying your knowledge to a range of leading clients.
Who We Are Looking For

A minimum of 4 years in relevant industry or functional roles, or in (strategy) consulting.
Proof of a strong career progressions and (academic) achievements.
Fluency in English. Additionally, depending on your industry experience, some proficiency in Dutch is .
International candidates must provide a clear rationale for wanting to work and live in the Netherlands.
Furthermore, it is essential that you possess the following skills and attributes:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to think both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving change and achieving results through collaborative efforts.
Excellent business judgment and maturity, including the ability to see the bigger picture.
